It's Summer 1994. You just took a walk in one of the streets of Šiauliai, Lithuania, one of the newest countries of the World, which is completely ignored by the rest of Europe. There are no opportunities to prosper as a personality and you spend your entire childhood surrounded by Khrushchyovkas, variating in all the shades of grey. 28 years pass. Lithuania is not a stranger in the World anymore. A variety of emerging talents, strong support for the pro-European ideas and assistance for all kinds of freedom are now the defining qualities of Lithuania. But the unusual sentiments for Khrushchyovkas, state of feeling little in the wide world still remain. This is what the host city of Lietuvos Garsai 2 Šiauliai is all about. Welcome to the second edition of Lietuvos Garsai!
