In total, 15 (Co-)HoDs have applied to be a part of this time's jury panel in PNV. As a disclaimer already told, the Ukrainian HoD reserved the rights to manually select the juries in case of more than 10 applications. Therefore, here are the selected juries who will (besides
Ukraine) vote as juries:
Televoting
To the five other applicants for the jury panel, we are sorry to disappoint you. Nevertheless, you are more than welcome to vote as a televoter!
Every other participating (Co-)HoD of NVSC (who is not a jury) and associate broadcaster can submit their votes as televoters.
