Welcome to another edition of BeoMelody Grand Prix.
10 songs will compete to represent Serbia in NVSC #39
VOTING FORM
Recap
The delegation is continuing to experiment with different voting systems, and here's how things will work this time:
HoD's will rank the songs in order of preference, giving
to their favourite all the way down to 
to their least favourite.
Non-participant votes will be combined into a rest of the world vote
The three songs with the most points will advance to round 2. Each delegation gives 1 vote to their favourite of the three songs (based on their original votes). The song with the most votes wins. In the event of a tie, advantage goes to the song with more points in round 1.
