Unfortunately, not every nation voted.  Burkina Faso,  Congo-Brazzaville, and  Togo all failed to vote. Of these, Brazzaville asked for a replacer. The others didn't. Both Burkina Faso and Togo will receive a strike of 25%.

will be replaced by pot voting (which will be the combined votes of     and  [ would ordinarily be included in the pot, but that felt unfair that a replacer could affect two sets of votes instead of one)
Also, in looking at the data, Liberia wasn't online during the voting window, and as such, the 25% strike that they received during the semis will be removed. Results will hopefully be next week but I make exactly zero promises.
