VOTING IS CLOSED

Sadly, not everyone voted (take a shot every time I have to say that lmao). Burundi failed to vote, Gabon got got, and Brazzaville asked for an extension 2 hours after the already extended deadline. As such, all of these got replaced. Since Burundi hasn't been online all edition, they will become free, alongside Niger and Gabon. All 3 of the nations that failed to vote will receive a 25% strike. Results will come out at some point, most likely on the 30th but I make exactly 0 promises.
