Voting Is Closed!!!

Voting is now officially closed. Unfortunately, not everyone voted. Benin, Guinea-Bissau, Madagascar, Sierra Leone, and Togo all failed to vote. However, Benin, Sierra Leone, and Togo requested a replacement vote, and Guinea-Bissau and Madagascar asked for an extension, which has been granted. Inshallah I don't have to strike anybody. 

Benin was replaced by justjeffhere28
Sierra Leone was replaced by Cousäng
Togo was replaced by Apostolis

There are also 4 others who voted in this final who aren't participating in the edition. So, because of this, I am going to introduce a rest of the world vote for this final. This is the first time that this has happened, so that's a big slay. It'll work the same way as it does in the semi, where they combine into one set. Hopefully all y'all who will make up the ROTW ( kingwolfton, cold3xy, mihaltsov, and Joe ) will join us for the next edition in [REDACTED]
