Confirmation Thread
Welcome to the OGAN Second Chance Contest #42, organized by the 
Swedish OGAN club for the fifth time in history.
We will select the best song that didn't make it through their national final.
The OGAN Second Chance Contest is a contest held on YouTube only without arena, broadcast, live performances or audience.
If your OGAN club would like to join this event, make sure to follow the following rules:
• The country your OGAN club is from must have had a public national selection to choose their entry for NVSC #42.
• To take part, you must confirm below in the thread!
• Every OGAN club can only have one entry!
• Songs must be chosen internally by the OGAN club and have to be announced below in this thread!
• Songs have to be from the national selection for NVSC #42 of that country.
They must have been part of the final - the semi-final eliminated songs are not allowed to enter.
Depending on the format of your national selection, the rule may not apply to you.
• As it is a fictional contest, artists that have participated in NVSC #42 are allowed to participate.
• After you've submitted your entry, you can not change it!
• The deadline to confirm participation and your entry is 22 February 2024.
• A maximum of 25 clubs can take part (plus the Rest of the World club).
• Each edition, one of the associate broadcasters can as well submit a song to the competition (as 'Rest of the World').
• random.org will decide whose turn it is!
• The entry must be from a country that has not confirmed within the deadline.
• Apart from that, the rules above should apply.
• The voting will open for probably 6-7 days.
• Only participating OGAN clubs must vote.
The associate broadcasters can vote as well, as "Rest of the World".
• Voting will be Eurovision style.
• The song with the most points wins.
• The winning OGAN club will get the opportunity to organize the OGAN Second Chance Contest #43!
