#20: Announcement of Participants and Design

#20 will be held in Turkmenistan, unfortunately Turkmenistan, being the first non-European country to win the contest, is very unknown, so there'd be little point in holding a vote for the host city.



There'll be 20 participants. Honduras and Tajikistan are debuting. Croatia, Greece, Iraq, Kosovo, Latvia, the Netherlands, Serbia and Turkey are returning. Albania, Australia, Belarus, Lebanon, Morocco, the Philippines, Spain, Ukraine and Turkmenistan (host) decided against sending a song to the contest, despite participating in the 19th edition.



This'll be the design, I know it's lazy, but oh well
