The Ultimate Globalvision Song Contest #1 will be a "SotD" style contest, but will be held for the top 3 entries from Globalvision #1 to #20. It will take place between GSC #20 and GSC #21, which is why submissions for #21 are not open yet.
Format
Semi-final 1 will be a semi-final for the 20 third-placers
Semi-final 2 will contain the 20 winners
Semi-final 3 will contain the 20 second-placers
8 songs will qualify from each semi-final to make a final 24 songs in the ultimate grand final.
The second edition of UGSC will be held after GSC #40, which will most likely be in 2014
