It is confirmed that 
Germany will have a national final, taking place in Hanover (home of Lena 
) on Valentine's Day, the 14th February 2013.
A seven-member expert jury will choose 8 to 12 acts to perform in the final.
The winner will be decided by a three-part voting procedure.
A week before the final takes place, all songs will be aired on the radio and the listeners will be able to vote for their favourite song in an online voting.
On the final evening, a five-member jury will vote and the public via telephone and SMS.
Each of the three parts of the voting will weight equally.
33% Radio voting + 33% Televoting + 33% Jury voting = German entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013.
The 12 participating acts:

• Betty Dittrich - "Lalala"
• Blitzkids mvt. - "Heart On The Line"
• Cascada - "Glorious"
• Finn Martin - "Change"
• LaBrassBanda - "Nackert" (Naked)
• Mia Diekow - "Lieblingslied" (Favourite song)
• Mobilée - "Little Sister"
• Nica & Joe - "Elevated"
• Die Priester feat. Mojca Erdmann - "Meerstern, sei gegrüßt"
• Saint Lu - "Craving"
• Söhne Mannheims - "One Love"
