If you want to make a National Final for WVSC,read this information,it will help you to make a good National Final.If you miss things,your National Final will be declined.

Getting Started
1.Creating Thread
If you want to host a National Selection,you have to create a thread in the "WVSC National Selections" board.The thread must be titled with the name of the National Selection.It isn't necessary to make a thread for every single edition,but you MUSTupdate the first post immidiately!In the first post it will be posted the edition of the country you're doing a National Selection,for which edition and some rules for your selection.You can create the thread but it's unecessary to make the recap the 1st day or your National Selection.BUT,the recap of your National Selection must have been uploaded between the 1st and the 3rd day.
2.Announce Voting
When you think you're ready with your songs,you have to come up with a recap.You may create a playlist of the songs if you want (but you can also not).You can either create a thread in "WVSC General Discussion" board or your National Final thread.Your thread must contain this information: #[WVSC Edition Number]: [National Selection] (Vote).Here is an example: #6:Greek Voice (Vote).WARNING:If you don't create a new thread,you have to change the title of your thread and you have to create a new post with your announcement of the recap+ updating the 1st post!! WARNING2:If you don't want to create YOU a new thread,send me a message to create me the thread if you feel uncomfortable.The message must contain the recap video and additional infromation if you want.In your thread you can also add additional information.Example:

3.Announce Result
When you will close the voting,you have to came up with a result.You can either make a result video or just post the results in a NEW(REQUIRED!!) thread.The thread must be like this: #[WVSC edition number]:[National Final Name] (Result).The thread MUST contain:

Rules
- You have to create a thread in the Forums,announcing the National Selection.You need to have a name for your National Selection.You may create a logo if you want.
- You will select all the songs,no user will be able to submit a song.
- You have to create a National Selection 1 or 2 editions before the edition you want to host the National Final. Example: Greek Voice.(Remember:Every edition keeps 6 days if it's under 24 participants and 9 days if it's 24+ participants).If you can't host a National Final in the start of the edition,then send a PM on the forums or in the Youtube and we can make an exception.
- The voting period keeps from 3 days (minumum) and 8 days (maximum).WARNING:In 6-days edition,the number decreases to 6 days.

Requirments
- You MUST upload a recap video for your National Selection.If you don't do it,your National Selection will be declined.This also means for National Final Results.The video must NOT be bigger than 10 minutes.Every song must have at least 20 seconds in the recap.Your video must contain a title of the song,the artist and a picture (or video).It doesn't need to be something amazing.
- You can NOTcreate SEMI - FINALS.
Additional Options
- You can not only create a National Final for one with different artist,but you can choose one artist from the country you want,and you can put the songs of this artist in the recap,making a NS for only one artist.
- The number of the songs must be from 10(minimum) and 20(maximum).
- Use the Eurovision-voting system (12,10,8-1 pts).
- You should make sure that all the entries can participate in WVSC and have not participated before.If the winning Song is not available to participate in WVSC,the 2nd song will participate.
- If you are caught cheating by voting with different account,you will be suspended from the contest for 2 editions.
- You must complete the National Final normally,by announcing the National Final,voting,results.If you don't do it,your NS will be declined and you will be disqualified for the edition you wanted to make the National Selection.
- After completing 5 National Selections,you can submit 2 entries in the contest (Example:NS-Greece,Personal entry:Sweden).
- Text in the recap/result video must be in Latin alphabet.
- Visit this thready many times because some rules may change and some others may be added.
- The voting grid can contain the name of the users who voted,but if you don't want to publish the personal votes,don't do it.It's REQUIRED to post the users who voted.
- Read this thread very carefully.It's very easy to miss something or to be a misunderstood,so the National Final may not contain what it's required.
