Hmmmm. I'd like to do an NS (preferably for Sweden, Russia, Ukraine, USA or any European country) for the next available edition too but I'll read your guidelines tomorrow since I'm only using my mobile and it's already getting late here.  |

Read all the rules just now and I'm ready to make a National Selection. I want to try either  Russia or  Ukraine first, since I know a lot of Russian/Ukrainian songs and have fun listening to them. So Chris, in what edition of WVSC can I make an NS? And exactly when should I make one? You can send me a PM here in ProBoards since I might forget to check this thread regularly. I'll try though.
