This must be one of the most dramatic weather changes I have experienced. Monday was 21 degrees today we have a heavy snow!

Hi babes, I just wanted to pop up and say that I'm (finally) back and my inactivity has come to an end.  Those who know me must have noticed that a couple of years ago I went from being here on a daily basis to being off the grid. There are many different reasons behind this: I moved out to Lisbon, I really needed to focus on my life, the switch from Messenger to Discord was difficult for me and I did not really have a decent computer. Therefore, I could only access the forums through my phone and it just wasn't the same. When access is limited or at least you have to make an extra effort to keep on track with contests, it starts to feel stressing. Being part of the FBU Council and the staff team of the forums gave me twice the stress of being absent due to the fact that I felt that I had some responsabilities that I just couldn't carry out. For that reason, I started to lose interest and consequently I distanced myself from the forums. I wanted to apologize to the hosts of the contests I've been a participant of, specially MaRtIn and the FC Council, I'm the first one who knows how tiring it is to have to go after someone to have them voting or sending entries on time edition after edition. The reason why I'm back is that after 3-4 years without a decent computer I have finally got to buy one. I hope you are as happy as I am for me being back here and I can't wait to get to know those who have arrived to this community during the last couple of years.  |
