I have suggestions for ISC (and I don't mean to counter one of escturkeyfan67's suggestion), 1. The ISC entries shouldn't bare the name of the users who sent them at all. That way nobody knows who's who in the SFs nor in the Finals (and that votes aren't affected by friendships, whatsoever) just like OVSC. Posting of votes here in the forums shouldn't also bare the name of the countries they're representing (i.e. Here are the votes from Barbados: ). That way, we can maintain the confidentiality of the users' countries. There would be a conflict though, that is in making NSs 'cause people would definitely know that user's country. 2. In order for all the users to be accommodated, they should confirm to you that they want to join the contest for as long as they want for one time only. Once they did, they'll always have a slot in the next editions of ISC. Choosing and reservation of countries would still be for a first come, first serve basis. In the event the user lost interest towards ISC, s/he would should write to you that s/he won't be able to participate again (for whatever reason).
3. Lastly, I would also like to suggest that ISC #20 would once again be a special edition where a user gets a random country just like in ISC #10.
Of course, all of these suggestions are subjected to the majority's decision and to you.

Liev, I agree to every single one of your suggestions. Even with my small IFSC, I'm doing it.

I mean comments like :'' Still no points for me '' or : '' OMG thank you for all the points to Algeria guys! '' will still occur I guess. But its always a step forward to not include the names of the participants in the videos! ;D
