I think that the winner of last edition, could choose the country he/she wants the first. It would be like a previlige.

My votes: Adding USSR and Yugoslavia as independent countries. Yes / No: I think it would be too complicated. Plus the USSR and Yugoslavia are not longer independent countries. The winner of each edition can have priority over which country he/she wants in the next edition. Yes / No: Sounds like a good idea Tournaments hosted by a national broadcaster. Yes / No: Sounds fun, however the national selection rules would have to be changed quite a lot. Usernames next to national selection names in video. Yes / No: I don't really see much point in adding usernames next to national selection names When a country qualifies, show the music video of each song. Yes / No: Not all songs will have a music video and I don't think I'd have time to make mini videos for each song without a MV. The names of each user should be removed from the video. Yes / No: It might stop people voting for their friends, however they would still be able to check the forums/websites. Everyone confirms that they would like to participate in ISC and they’ll have a permanent place in the contest (until they withdraw). Yes / No: I like this idea |

Adding USSR and Yugoslavia as independent countries: No (Sorry MrKoteiko but they're already dissolved but if they would be permitted to enter then the countries that were formerly a part of them wouldn't be allowed hence will only be considered as Yugoslavia and USSR  ) 2. (Maybe a place in the final, too? Don't know if this rule exists yet ) Tournaments hosted by a national broadcaster. Yes / No: I love the way the National Selections are right now! Usernames next to national selection names in video. Yes / No: I'll take no, but I can't really decide... (because the Name of the National Selection literally replaces the username) When a country qualifies, show the music video of each song.
