I think  Bosnia & Herzegovina &  Portugal will make a return for sure and  Kazakhstan will make a debut in the  ESC 2014. When  Israel withdraws I think  Lebanon &  Tunisia will make a debut too. ;D |

I also think that even if Israel will withdraw, no other islamic country will apply for the contest.. I agree witht this but you dont name it Islamic but Arabic  |

Debut: None I think this are only rumors like last years.
Return: Bosnia & Herzegovina & Only if EBU accept Membership of 2M TV I think Morocco! (SNRT hasnt any interest in Eurovision)
Withdraw: San Marino, Cyprus, Israel & Bulgaria
