Do you already have Norway in the contest? You can just let it compete as otherwise.  If you agree with it at least, it's your contest. |

The same problem with Bulgaria  , Mirela Petrean is  romanian traditional singer, she hasn't some connections with Bulgaria , the song is in romanian , is a traditional song from my region, Banat |

Do you already have  Norway in the contest? You can just let it compete as otherwise. If you agree with it at least, it's your contest. Or alternatively Svalbard. |

It is the first and the last time that I will accept something like that in my contest.If Netherlands pass in the final,it will compete as Norway.
From now,If one singer isn't from the country that someone will send me,his/her entry will disqualified!
