Do you already have  Norway in the contest? You can just let it compete as otherwise.  If you agree with it at least, it's your contest. It is the first and the last time that I will accept something like that in my contest.If Netherlands pass in the final,it will compete as Norway. From now,If one singer isn't from the country that someone will send me,his/her entry will disqualified! Ehm you should check the valid entries first ... ?! |
