1.From TVSC#24,there will be Second Chance Fight.There,you will select one country from the non qualifiers.Remember that you can't voting your country!

Semi Final non qualifiers-> select 1 for the SC -> Jury: Send Alex their top 3 -> Televoting: all others select their favorite ->> Result Jury & Televote combined

Video->Voting->Results->Second Chance Fight->Televoting select their favourite from the non qualifiers->Jury vote with ,, the non qualifiers(Their Top 3)->Then,2 Countries will go to Second Change fight.From each semi final will pass 2 countries(non qualifiers)with the same way.From the second chance fight will pass 2 countries.
