Hi Sharon! I guess you're really excited!
Oh, hell yeah, of course! NVSC's stage might be the biggest stage I've ever performed on!
Even bigger than Whitin Temptation's one?
Well I think it depends on the selected venue *laughs* But still, NVSC's stage is just wow, and.. Well it's not like you're only singing in front of the crowd.. There are milions and milions of people watching the show.. Haha
Do you feel confortable with Armin?
Of course! Otherwise we wouldn't perform well! I think he's great, he's friendly, nice and seems to be very related to NVSC, since he is looking for a special DJ desk for NVSC Paying attntion to details is very important and worth.
Do you have an idea about the scenography and animations, or stage stuff?
Well.. Actually I tought about black & white to be the main colours of the scenography and we are gonna use a lot of green & blue lasers and pyros. But I'll focus a lot on my voice because that's the most important thing!
Do you think your tour will be too tiring?
Actually I think I can do that! There are some days when we are only giving interviews or fan meetings, and that's easy to afford. It's more tiring when you have a concert and you have to hurry up for everything you do. But, in fact, I love travelling around Europe and after we'll finish our tour and arrive in Sweden we'll have 2 days of full relax, before rehearsals will start, so I can focus on my voice and on my body.
What do you think is the most important thing in a performance?
The crowd and the voice. The crowd is everything: reflects lights, makes the atmosphere, screams, shouts, answers you, and then it's natural for me to feel better while I'm singing, I feel more energic, alive, and.. Well then I'm not anymore shy and I sing with all my power. You have to feel the crowd, and that's why rehearsals are sounding "empty" in my honest opinion
What place do you expect for Luxembourg and from what countries do you expect points from?
Actually I can't tell. There are so many songs to be revealed yet and... *thinks*.. Yeah... You know.. Everyone should get the place that they deserve Of course, A victory would be the maximum, but actually if I'll sing bad, I won't expect an high place for Luxembourg. Actually I expect points from the Netherlands, haha, but it depends on musical tastes a lot I guess!
What is your goal in NVSC?
Actually I want people from Luxembourg to be proud and I think also NVSC is a great experiece that, if you are a singer, you have to try it, definitely!
What's the first edition of NVSC you watched?
The first one! I really loved the Icelandic entry! I always tought that a Song Contest is a great idea, that brings new cultures and traditions of the variois countries!
Ok Sharon, thank you for this great interview!Have a good night!
*laughs* Thank you so much! Haha, you too
