Hello everybody and welcome to the Borrowing-rule of Superstars & Stripes
As this has been the balance factor for the statistical patch for all the suffering US States and their musical industry, this has been created to get yourself informed for which of the several US states which can borrow from the supplying ones with a greater scale of options for artists by its own musical industry, but for the limited opportunities.
Here's the current phase of what the borrowing-rule would be like for this edition:
And for the second picture, I'll explain you furthermore of what it tells:
A. - The red area of the map of state of Washington is what the state of Montana can borrow from. Counties from the Eastern Washington are:
Adams, Asotin, Benton, Chelan, Columbia, Douglas, Ferry, Franklin, Garfield, Grant, Kittitas, Klickitat, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Spokane, Stevens, Walla Walla, Whitman and Yakima
And for the further due, Montana can also borrow from the state of Oregon except the Multnomah County, which the largest city in Oregon (Portland) locates.
B. - The red area of the map of state of Washington is what the state of Alaska can borrow from. Counties from the Western Washington are:
Clark, Clallam, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Island, Jefferson, Kitsap, Lewis, Mason, Pacific, Pierce, San Juan, Skagit, Skamania, Snohomish, Thurston, Wahkiakum and Whatcom
There's only this exception to not include Kings County, which the largest city of Washington (Seattle) locates
C. - The red area of the map of state of New Jersey is what the state of Delaware can borrow from. Those counties are:
Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem
D. - The red area of the map of state of Texas is what the state of New Mexico can borrow from. Counties from West Texas are:

A funny trivia about the New Mexico-Texas-borrowing is that they don't come from the same US Census region, which what brings ◘ Southern-music ◘ to the ◘ Western States ◘
E. - The red area of the map of state of Maryland is what the state of Delaware can borrow from. Those counties are:
Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico and Worcester
F. - The red area of the map of state of Pennsylvania is what the state of Delaware can borrow from too. Those counties are:
Chester and Delaware
G. - The red area of the map of state of New York is what the state of Vermont can borrow from. The available counties are:
Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Montgomery, Oneida, Otsego, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, St. Lawrence, Warren and Washington
