I am Spanish and would like to participate with Spain A big hug Thanks for your interest first of all!  It's true that  Spain is currently free but you are rather unlucky, I'd say, as inactivo (nq era) was the first one to show interest. You can only take part unless they don't want to take part anymore... My mother was Cuban, I can participate with Cuba? |

Thanks for your interest first of all! It's true that Spain is currently free but you are rather unlucky, I'd say, as inactivo (nq era) was the first one to show interest. You can only take part unless they don't want to take part anymore... My mother was Cuban, I can participate with Cuba? 'Was'? Isn't she alive anymore?  Well, if so then yes, you are allowed to participate for  Cuba. However, you will have to wait for this edition to end, as well as for our Special Awards Edition which is held every 10 editions...  |

do territories count? because then may I have  Guam? : ) Hi there! Thanks for your interest in taking part in our contest! However, I am afraid you can not take part for Guam as it is only a territory and not an independent nation. For similar reasons we don't allow  Hong Kong or  Kosovo either, which are accepted in most contests. Have you got any other good relations to any other country maybe? nope cx, but that's ok |
