Hey  I have lived in  Curacao for 3 years. (2006-2009) Is Curacao allowed to participate and am I allowed to take it? |

Well, according to Wikipedia, it is a country but under the control of The Kingdom of the  Netherlands and in international politics it's represented by the institutions of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Since we don't allow other "countries" such as  Kosovo or  Faroe Islands, we don't allow Curaçao either.  |
