Oh nvm there was a moment when Canada didn't take part not too long ago so maybe that was there? About an updated list, Idk, but maybe you could check the wiki page. I'd recommend a look at editions #88 and #87. Usually countries become free after a break of 1 edition and the results of #88 were out yesterday evening. |
