Hey! Thanks for tagging me in the thread I have not voted in ANY national selections as of yet.. when is the deadline. I can vote tomorrow I can't hold national selections yet because I do not know how to make a 20 second song sample.. I spend so much time on the internet and I don't know how to do that. Hopefully for #23 Cape Verde will be debuting (I have that in mind for a week now) and for such a small island, wikipedia comes in handy!  But apart from that, there is song from Worldvision Song Contest (another song contest on Youtube) that has represented Cape Verde, however it did come last in the semi final with only 13p.. oh well, you'll never know  |

If you plan to use video, I recommend cutting it in somewhere like Windows Movie Maker and inserting into another program (although WMM never lets you down, so you could also just make the video there).
