You know what feeling I have? I have a feeling that  Kazakhstan Aliya is going to beat me in Nation Score after participating only for 1 edition, while I have participated in 19 editions  |

You have really great song and IMO it could even win Talking about my entry - I still have to make it to the final, so, no comment... Most of the countries that have had their best result in their first participation - Moldova, New Zealand, Morocco, Canada. Kazakhstan's odds don't look bad either. For your sake, I hope Latvia gets into the final. In my personal opinion the second chance round is very strong so I don't know who will qualify, but I do think you have a very good chance. That seems to always be the case, people are always so negative about their songs and chances  I'm always positive because I have this mentality where if you won't believe in your own song, nobody else will. I do think I send good songs and so far I've achieved success by achieving four times from four.... I hope I don't sound conceited  Overall, you both should do well. Morocco ended up as my 11th place in both the final and SF but clearly the others thought otherwise. You both have reasons to think you'll do well. |

I believe that I can qualify and I also believe that I could win But that's not realistic... P.S. I don't get it - when Adele participated everywhere with her Bond song "Skyfall" (also in WWWSC #19), it won or was in top3 mostly, but when  Latvia comes up with a Bond song (it's not, but it could be), it fails... I just don't get it, but I guess that's the difference between  UK and Latvia, Adele vs Viktoria Modesta - like David vs Goliath. It's true, but I know you'll again say that I shouldn't be so pessimistic and I'm not - I still believe in my entry although not that much (before this edition I believed in it more - I even believed that it could win) |

I suppose it's very difficult to compare Adele to other artists: She's incredibly famous and successful, and most people know her songs very well, and that's usually an advantage in contests that other "normal", maybe more national artists whose songs aren't well known don't have...
