So if I understood it right then I am allowed to put a foreign act if I have 9 native participants. So if I have 18 native singers I am allowed to include 2 foreign acts?
If I take 2 acts as a duet participant, for example  Hadise and  Gary Nesta Pine, do I have to ask the NBU council? |

I'm so glad that was an April Fool's joke...I was really upset Uhm, the rules in this thread are for real  I know they're real here I meant the April Fool's ones  Also I dont think I'm inactive just because I dont post on the forum...I vote on time and fairly and send entries on time according to the rules.
