Tunisia reveals entry!
Two weeks ago, Tunisia confirmed its participation in the upcoming edition of the Northvision Song Contest hosted in Montenegro. This decision came despite the country's compulsory involvement in the pre-qualification round of the competition, leading to a reshuffling of the broadcaster's plans. Now, following a swift yet thorough internal selection process, a panel of both domestic and international jurors has finalized the country's entrant and entry for the upcoming edition. They are...
IN-S!
IN-S, born Ines Bou Ajila, is a dynamic and talented Tunisian singer and rapper. Born in 1998 and currently residing in Paris, France, IN-S has been immersed in the world of music from a young age, showcasing her incredible vocal abilities since the age of 4. Her musical style is a captivating fusion of Arabic and French, creating a unique and vibrant sound that reflects her diverse cultural influences. With her distinctive sound, IN-S has risen as one of Tunisia's most prominent musicians, celebrated for crafting chart-topping songs that seamlessly blend fun and ethnic elements. This has established her as a key figure in the Tunisian music scene, capturing the attention of audiences with her innovative and compelling musical creations.
A fan of the Northvision Song Contest since Tunisia's return to the competition, IN-S has eagerly awaited the opportunity to represent her country in the event. She previously participated in the country's national selections for the 29th, 30th, and 38th editions, though each time fell short of securing the spot. Finally, for the 43rd edition, IN-S has been internally selected to proudly represent Tunisia in the upcoming Northvision Song Contest.
In the upcoming edition, IN-S will present her track "Michto," a compelling anthem infused with ethnic influences and an overall electronic dance sound. By seamlessly blending French and Arabic, the song is a celebration of diversity, highlighting IN-S's musical prowess and the rich cultural tapestry that defines her artistic identity. With her song, IN-S is determined to progress beyond the pre-qualification round and lead her country all the way to the grand final of the contest. As she graces the Northvision stage, IN-S is poised to captivate audiences with her unique musical blend, ensuring a memorable and exhilarating experience for fans regardless of her placement. We wish her good luck!

SWEDEN CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION! 1 March 2024. The Swedish Head of Delegation responsible for the North Vision Song Contest of SVT, Jan Björkman, has officially confirmed, that Sweden will continue its participation in the North Vision Song Contest.
FANTASIFESTIVALEN WILL BE HELD! It has officially been revealed, that another edition of Fantasifestivalen will be held in order to determine the Swedish entry. More information on the format will be published in due time.
The Head of Delegation, Jan Björkman, stated the following: "We are unbelievably proud of Nicole Sabouné for making Sweden return to the top ten, especially after the artist herself finished just one place outside the top ten on her last attempt in the thirty-first edition. Many congratulations to this amazing musician, who once again touched many hearts around Europe and the world with her artistry. The entirety of SVT, as well as various Swedish artists, journalists and music producers have expressed their satisfactions with the recent North Vision results, stating that they have proven a clear understanding of talent, quality, uniqueness and catchiness by the North Vision Song Contest audience and involved international juries. I want to congratulate Montenegro on behalf of SVT for its first achieved victory in the contest and would like to add, that the newest streak of countries winning for the first time is a very important step for the evolution of the contest. Nevertheless, we are still determined to achieve Sweden's fifth victory and proudly announce, that another Fantasifestivalen edition will be held with plenty of familiar and new faces from the Swedish music industry showcasing the best of multiple genres. We look forward to the national competition, as well as to the hosting of Montenegro, and wish good luck to all participating countries."
