WITH THAT....
AUSTRALIA RETURNS UNDER A NEW HEAD OF DELEGATION
The country down under is back in the North Vision Song Contest! After the withdrawal of the previous delegation, a new replacement was found to spearhead Australia back in the contest. The delegation expressed their excitement for the country's return in the contest, hoping to bring Australia back to how they started in the contest. Currently, the delegation opened their submissions for possible acts from Australia to participate in the contest. Despite uncertainties of the status of the country's participation in the contest, the delegation debunked these allegations and stated, "We're just getting started, and Australia is ready to return to its rightful place in the North Vision Song Contest."
The current status of selection is currently leaning towards internal means, as the delegation is still transitioning to a new team, and artists' interests remain to be low after the tacky results from the nation this past few editions.
I know this is a bit of an unpopular choice to leave my current country when I was supposed to be guaranteed a spot in the final, but I was ready to leave Georgia even before the last edition started. I wasn't happy with most of the choices I sent mainly because I was not original, and sending Nanka was also a suggestion to me so I feel like staying Georgia for 1 more edition as an AQ means I could be stuck with it again for a longer period. A draw for a country that I have a long history with is something that I didn't want to miss again and I'm glad I get to proceed with a different country this time, as I definitely wanted to have a better experience with this contest.
I am also happy to announce that Georgie will now serve as my co-head of delegation, and I would like to thank Robin for being my co-head of delegation for Georgia, hope you are happy with the country that you have now!

UNCERTAINTY FOR KOSOVO Kosovo's last participation ended in the worst result possible, with Ardian Bujupi and Xhensila not advancing further than the pre-qualification round. To date, Kosovo has not only failed to make it to the final in all 4 attempts, but also failed to be part of the semi-finals in half of them. Interest in the contest has recorded an unprecedent low since the country debuted, with fewer people watching the Grand Final than in several editions where Kosovo did not even participate.
The media have criticized the competition as "too political" and saying it is "unlinkely Kosovo will ever get a good result". In the aftermath, RTK has remained on the low and made zero official announcements regarding the 45th edition as to date. An internal source from RTK leaked that "Kosovo is most likely withdrawing from the edition".
Regardless, the Delegation welcomed the media in the first press conference since the Pre-Qualification round.
"Kosovo will not withdraw from the competition, yet", effectively confirming the nation's presence in Romania. The Head of Delegation made the following announcement: "We are, quite obviously, disappointed by the poor results we achieved. We hear public demands, and all scenarios have been considered. Nevertheless, as a country still struggling to be recognized by many and having fought so hard to debut for so many years, it would make no sense to throw everything away in the heat of the moment".
INTERNAL SELECTION ON THE HORIZON While several formats have been discussed amid public demand for a national selection through the past few editions, scheduling problems and low public engagement do not allow for a national selection that would live up to the expectations.
It has also been confirmed that RTK will not accept any sponteaneous candidacies from independents or record labels, but will rather negotiate with confirmed artists that know how the contest works, and stated "heavy negotiations are being held with one specific name".
In a poll, the fanbase voted British-Kosovar international superstar Dua Lipa as "most adequate to break the non-qualification streak", but RTK quickly responded that she is "not engaging in any conversations".
Stay tuned!
