 BUCHAREST to host the International Music Festival 28!Today it was announced that the Mihai Flamaropol Skating Rink in Bucharest, Romania, would host the up-coming edition of the competition. The arena has a capacity of 16,000 seats, however there might be an extension by adding more standing places. The greenroom is next to the main arena. The press centre is in the Skating Rink house and will offer space for more than 2,500 journalists. Andra Moisescou and Smiley will host the competition. While Andra is going to be the main host, Smiley will host the greenroom to give some reports from the participants.Furthermore, the first sneak peak will be there today most likely.

Olly Murs and Caroline Flack will host the 31st edition! Known for their moderation at the X Factor, they will now have the task to host the International Music Festival in Glasgow, Scotland.

Several countries to leave the International Music FestivalDue to recent controversity about the inclusion of  Australia, it was decided that there will be some changes, starting from IMF 32.
The first thing to be changed is the     thing, who will most likely withdraw starting from IMF 32.
However, I will do my best to find a solution that in the end makes everyone happy. This may also result in the removal of so-called 'inactive players'.
Another point will be the arabic countries. While  Egypt is banned, the future of     is unsure yet, however they are expected to remain in the competition.
 Uzbekistan is most likely leaving, nothing is sure here as well, and as I already mentioned before, everyone will be treated equally and noone will have to leave the contest.
Also, the participation of  Kosovo is in doubt right now, I will talk to the respective HoDs [of all affected countries] in order to find a solution.
All those pre-decisions will be taken under discussion. A final solution is expected later this week.
