North Vision Song Contest

Following the conclusion of the 38th edition the North Broadcasting Union council has met in London, United Kingdom to discuss plans for the 39th edition.
It is with deep regret to announce that two council members have left the council. Dimitris has left the council after being part of it for nine years! We'd like to thank him for his huge impact on the contest and for being a key for the progress of North Vision. Dominykas has left the council after almost one year. In this one year he has contributed a lot to the contest's progress.
With this huge gap Dimitris and Dominykas leave we are reopening applications for at least one spot in the NBU council! Designing/video editing skills aren't required this time but it would be good if you have them.

At this moment we haven't heard anything from Jan, the current head member of the North Broadcasting Union. Hence the remaining council members have temporarily elected Alper and kev as the new head members of the contest. The council believes a leading duo in this situation is better than a single leader. We hope Jan is fine and that we will hear from him soon.
Following
Andorra's victory it is currently unclear if the country will be capable to host the next edition. Offers from other participating countries such as 
Spain, 
Austria the 
United Kingdom and 
Finland were made to host the contest instead. Stay tuned for more information!

Ukraine and was mainly a reaction to the artist who was sent to represent Russia in the 38th edition reacting negatively to their association with 
Cyprus & 
Montenegro the chance to live an easier life and borrow from their neighbours

Serbia occasionally. The rule is slightly different however: both of these countries do not need approval from their bigger neighbour anymore when borrowing an artist (of course whether the artist is a realistic choice for the smaller country is up to the approvers to decide and we reserve the right to reject unrealistic choices).
